Yeah. 5090 is a skip for me, just like the 20 series (except that I somehow won a 2080 Super from EVGA and started using it instead of a 1080 Ti SLI).
 
Hopefully power consumption will come back down with the 6090!

I was looking at that too, they're crazy! They're surly milking it while they can. Sadly will still sell, at least while there is a shortage. 
 
Nvidia really has done an impressive job keeping the prices of the halo cards high, can't even get a 4090 for the price of a 5090.

the Astral Cooler is not worth 800 more than the Fe but the even larger robbery going on is 900$ for the same cooler on a 5080 , which will get beat down by a 4090

The astral card is to expensive for just a 4th fan. Just get a Msi card
