Just my own opinion here, but my suggestion is to use No OC while gaming and only OC when trying to get the best numbers in benchmarks. The little gain while gaming with an OC isn't worth losing max stability. Just my 2 cents...

If you're talking about "hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" then that should be on.

Having hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling on/off shouldn't disable rebar on any gpu.

anyone knows which driver version recommended not adding extra feutures in games objects what ever for the best less input lag latency and performence? i heard the new nvidia drivers sucks especially with the nvidia app

Try the latest driver available.  When you install it though, do a custom install and only install the driver, PhysX, and Audio if you need it.  Leave the rest of the stuff unchecked.
