Cool GTX
I'm hoping you keep updating your test drive, will be interesting to see a monthly update to see if it lasts 1 year or more

I’ll post monthly updates.

Well just put the Honeywell pad on my Rog Strix oc 4090 hotspot was getting up to 82c, the pad an automatic drop with no cure time yet freshly installed it’s already down to 67c. Idle temps went from 28-31c down to 26c already.

👍😎

I had same problem because ASUS manage to not apply thermal paste correctly. Already ordered PTM7950 but kryonaut will be good for now.

Furmark test
GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX 4090 OC
Stock thermal paste: 78C core, memory 68C, hotspot 105.3C
Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut: 69C core, memory 72C, hotspot 79.7C

By any chance did you measure the H & W of die that touches the vapor chamber plate? I have looked and asked everywhere with no luck. Nvidia’s squared measurement is wrong as the chip is taller than it is wide.

No :(

Anyone tried the Honeywell PCM Past yet?

Where is everyone ordering PTM7950 from?

Seems to be some quality issues or knockoff/counterfeit product out there, that some people have reported on other forum's posts

The results look very good for the PTM7950, I just want to get it from a reliable vendor

MODDIY if you want an authentic one that performs better than some of the pre packaged knockoffs of Amazon. There are legit ones on Amazon but I wanted to ensure I got the real thing.

Maybe, if 4 other people wanted to join me & buy some in bulk as a group, say everyone buys 10  --> there seems to be a big discount @ Qt of 50.  I do not "need" (10) 80mm X 80mm pads - but @ that price, why not

I would have to call PPCs & find out what is possible, as online inventory is not showing that many available to order currently.

Over on PPCs ---> MODDIY is selling their product
Honeywell PTM7950 SP Super Highly Thermally Conductive PCM Pad 80mm X 40mm = $26.29 ea .......... Buy 50 for $19.50 each and save 26%

80mm X 80mm = $48.58 ea ......... Buy 50 for $19.50 each and save 60%

To try and save you a bit of sanity @Cool GTX, I am running both of these in my 13900K (PCM-1) and 14900KS (PTM7950) builds, and they seem to function exactly the same as any type of "authentic" PTM 7950. In fact, achieving much higher OC stability than previously, better temps by about ~5C across the board under load and similar voltage settings as my previous settings with PK-3, which was crashing quite constantly under load with OC clocks. Huge improvement in thermals and OC stability with these, can confirm since I've tested both:
