They have officially stated this before.
That they are going to stop selling directly and do it through partners.

what is happening with this company? Can we please get someone else to lead this company and possibly repair the broken relationships and bring back the guys?  I really hate to see such an amazing company die out over someone's arrogance :/

It's a private company. Nobody can make the owner step down or sell.

@EVGATech_AlexH can we please get any info on the 14th gen refresh bios updates for 14900K and the other new chips? I received multiple cut and paste responses from EVGA tech support that provide no answer to whether or not the bios update is going to happen. If it's not going to happen, please just be blunt about that and tell us so we can move on with our lives, if EVGA is going to continue supporting current products please make that announcement so we can get an idea of a timeline. This is need to know information for current customers that have purchased products with extended warranty. It would be good for EVGA to provide some clarity on this issue if they want to retain current customers for the future.
