I do like rare and exclusives cases. I have the InWin 909EK and the InWin 928 supertower, but man I feel the prices were more justified on these ones... the 909EK came with a unique numbered plate on 200 total units.
If this EVGA E1 is not a super limited run, I don`t understand the price.
Also, what is the maximum thickness of the radiators? Considering you probably have to mount the pump on the front rad...

Looks good, but I really just want the analogue gage set

If I end up picking this up, I'll sell you the analogue gauges!

There would have been much higher demand and hype for this if EVGA didn’t decide to release it just as the RTX 4000 and rx 7000 series are about to be released. Computer hardware prices have also been plummeting for the past weeks.

Spending $5,000 for a rapidly depreciating and soon-to-be obsolete product! No thanks!

This. Every bit of it is truth. I have the funds easily but could never justify this purchase.

I can't justify the cost on something like this. Will they release price drops on it in the future? Will they sell analog gauges separately?

How does the full kit cost make sense compared to the kit 2 since the price difference is high with not much items to justify the price increase, unless they are counting the free 800 dollar shipping case...

The kit 2 and full kit says assembly is required, but the 1600 kit doesn't, but the unboxing looks like they still have to assemble the gauges with it, so is that also incorrect?

What other GPUs can it take besides the kingpin if bought without the GPU?

I'm also surprised there's only a one year warranty on this kit considering the cost...

Am I missing something here, or PC cases no longer need air circulation?

Open air never needed circulation. The fans on the components make their own circulation.

Definitely seems to have missed what it was originally supposed to be, still love its looks though.
I think it was a good idea to have different options, but considering the price, timing of the launch, what looks to be a complicated installation process for its price bracket with only a 1 year warranty, and the lack of the new AIO, I think it's a miss at these prices.
Also can't really tell if the 1600 T2 is the matching 3K Carbon Fiber Finish one that was originally shown or if they switched it to the standard model. By the model number, this seems to be the case.

Here's an article dated back to when the concept was released:

I'd be interested in only the analog gauges and hub, the rest is entirely impractical to me

I also want analog gauges.  Why do we want analog gauges, and what is so sexy about em? I even want my next oven with one.

Too pricey ...carbon fiber or not.

I'll stick with my Phanteks for 150. works great. looks good enough (since I rarely look at it anyway).
