I got my clc360 for Christmas but didn't come with the lga1700 mount but looks like people in the US are getting them included in the box.

Looking at the price trying to get one to the UK is €35 which is nearly half the cost of a new CLC. Shouldn't they be free for new purchases?

why aren't you willing to let resellers such as amazon sell these retention kits? even only with a purchase of a cooler.
I would really like to buy your cooler, but as of right now i see no way of getting either an updated model or a kit since i do not live in America or in some select EU countries.

Israel, but thanks to you i just found that universal part is actually listed on amazon.
so if anyone else finds this thread and is interested here's how to find it since i cant post a link to amazon, search for part number 35-150-0000021

Is there a way to tell without opening the box, maybe by serial number if it has the LGA1700 bracket? I got a bundle from antonline on 1/3/22.
