I don't think the Classy is a KPE.  It's probably either equivalent to an FTW or possibly a tier above.  Classy appears more traditional, non-rotated sockets and 4 DIMMS.  Not quite as geared toward high end OC as the KPE.

Shops in the UK say most of their LGA 1700 socket motherboards are expected to be in stock for November 4th. Maybe EVGA will be similar with their release dates
