That's exactly what's going to happen. Nvidia will milk this situation for all it is worth. Then when the 4000 series comes, all of us get to look forward to scalping directly from AMD and Nvidia. Seriously glad I got a 3080 Ti so I can wait a few years for all this to settle down.

Don't believe every rumour on the internet. Though if they are releasing Supers, they will likely be shifting production to Super SKUs to build up stock. That said, currently there are 30 series cards going out every day based on what customers have been saying on here and during EVGA's streams.

It's all click bait.
 
NVIDIA is not going to halt production of a revenue stream.  Across all industries, warnings were issued in early September that October was going to be bad, particularly tech industries.  While were on the subject, December is probably going to be worse.  It all comes down to a shortage of chips, of components, of raw material including pure silicon, of workers, of transportation, etc. 
 
We probably will have another year of this, though we may see things easing in Q4 2022, at least I hope so.

I'm sorry to not answer the question you are asking, but there is very little chance you will receive a card through the queue before you will be able to get one by some other means with the dates on your notification requests.
 
But as for your actual question, customer support is the place to go to fix these sorts of issues.

No they won't. I called them with a similar problem and they told me they can only "fix" the oldest notifies I did, which are for some products I currently have 0 interest in purchasing.
And this way, I lost completely a queue I was among the firsts, 8 months ago.
 
But hey, since I'm from EU, maybe it's just that and an US citizen will get his issue fixed afterall.
