Well i just did that, logged directly into the eu site, its the same.... from the email i got yesterday there was a link that said click "here" to modify the list of cards youre queued for, it would send me to evga.com then the site would recognise my ip then redirect me to eu site, then the rest you already know. Im pretty sure when i did queue up back then like in March of 2021, it was the evga.com site, i actually didnt know there was a dedicated eu page or that the queues were different in the respective pages AND it didnt redirect me in any way to any eu page at all when i tried to buy or queue up, unless the eu page is recent (which i doubt).
Does this mean my queues are technically void since id need someone in the US to take advantage of that ?

You as a person Not physically in North America .. can not use the queue from North America's store

1) your email address Must match

2) EVGA does not ship to forwarding services or hotel addresses

contact EVGA by email & hope they might be able to get you on the correct EU queue

I see..
2 last questions, id obviously prefer to operate with EU stores but i do have relatives in the US, is that possible they might use my queue and email etc?
Also emailing EVGA as within the site that lets you fill kind of a form? or is there any official email ?

It's curious but, my account is quite old (maybe 12-13 years old, back to the GTX 200 series). I have used this account ever since for every EVGA product I bought and I wanted to register for possible RMAs or Customer Support. My postal address, phone, etc are local (Spain, EU).

I'm sure every time I have checked EVGA web page, I have been redirected to the main domain (evga.com) and , I think when I applied for notification, I did from evga.com. However, If I log into eu.evga.com I can see my pending notifications. One of them 08G-P5-3663-KL 1/8/2021 4:41:54 AM PT No (notification not sent)
Don't know how old is this queue system, but I wonder if back to the 1/8/2021 4:41:54 AM PT there was only one queue and the split came later or if already were several queues and I was assigned to the proper one already. If I'm able to see my notifications from eu.evga.com. Does it mean I'm in the right one? Should mail Evga to know? If so, to what department should I address the question? Sales? Marketing? Promotions?

Thank you in advance and excuse the inconvenience. Maybe you have answered this already many times.

since your Notifies is showing in your EU account, your in the EU queue

you will be purchasing from the EU store website - so it should be fine

Thank you very much.
You saved EVGA from one more tedious ticket asking for queue information :-)

Notifiy email address MUST match EVGA account email

Credit card address must match --> EVGA Store Terms

the taxes to import might be an issue to consider & the delay at customs

Who to contact ... little tricky ... start with your regional office

is there a point waiting for a 3080 non ultra or just keep the 3070 and 3060 ultras in the queue?

No point in keeping the non ultras. Pick two cards (ultras) that you want and delete the rest
