What about the supply for 08G-P5-3751-KR RTX 3070 XC3 Black Gaming? I signed up for that in October of 2020... Out of all the queue trackers I've seen, it seems that card has not moved at all since like May. I've heard this card isn't even being sold anymore, anyone know or have any details on that?

I think we have to read this carefully.  If your oldest two cards are ones that aren't likely to move much (how you know that no clue) then you will never get a notify even if a newer que already passes you up.

Also if you helped a cousin or friend....well there goes one of your two notifies.

Also not sure what happens when they re-open the que for sign up.  Those of us who already got cards, were loyal to EVGA, are now excluded from future Super models etc??  All very very confusing.

This seems like a big unknown guessing game on what card you want vs what you can get vs future cards you may want to upgrade to.

does a notify for the hybrid cooler count as one of the 2?

The challenge with only two cards is that it's unclear what products will be prioritized based on the the manufacturing process.  What I mean I want a 3070 but I see more 3070 Ti and 3060 Ti cards released and they all use the same GA104-xx base...  If I keep the 3070 queue active I may not get a GPU for a long time while lower performing 3060 Ti and Higher priced 3070 Ti keep shipping...

I can’t remove more than 3 from my list. Is there a server issue or something?

I messed up and removed my 3080 ftw3 ultra que time. Is there any way to re-add them? I was trying to remove the other versions. :(

Unfortunately according to this latest change you are screwed.  You have to be happy with whatever you currently have que'd.  They said the notify options are closed until they completely clear out the current ques.

I guess I want to clarify: Will I get picked based on the my older queue position (XC Black) with a chance for a later queue position item (XC3 Ultra) since those are going to be on offer more frequently. (example I'm on the XC Black queue since 10/6/20 and the XC3 Ultra sometime much later in 2021. Will I get picked based on the 2020 date or the 2021 date?)

I think you're overthinking this.  We are not changing how the queue works from a notification standpoint: Queues are based on a part number by part number basis.  Once your date/timestamp in a specific queue hits the top of the queue, you will get your notification.

What we are changing is the number of notifications that people are allowed to have on their accounts.  If you have more than two notifications, we will only use your two oldest notifications on your account.  This is why we've asked people to remove all but the two notifications they really want.

I read the guidance provided by Jacob and EVGATech_LeeM and there is no confusion for me.  There are a few posts to read through on the first few pages.

From 10/11/21 "- Going forward, the queue system will only allow for two 30 Series notifies on the current lineup."  Current lineup.  What you see right now.  Nothing mentioned about future releases.  I am certain that there will be some rollout of policy when needed.  If you are worried about the overlap, then don't buy 2x 30 Series now and wait for any refresh, whenever that is.

The language is also very clear about any past purchases helping out family and friends.  Going forward means that from 10/11/21 you will get up to 2 cards, should your number be called.
Post #80 by EVGATech_LeeM "You may purchase 2 more cards going forward.  It's irrelevant how many you've purchased before, unless you're trying to purchase the same part number again.  We still only allow one purchase per part number."

So I have a lot of cards in queue since April, but the ones I really want now I just added in September (since it seemed like the April GPUs were never going to get filled).  I assume that if I remove the GPUs with the old dates in order to get the ones i prefer now, I'll be moved significantly down the list, correct?

nevermind  answered my question above. makes sense now.

While there are no guarantees, EVGA has posted in this thread that the Ultra queues are more likely to be moving.

I believe that is incorrect. Whatever you have purchased up to this point is irrelevant, but going forward, 2 cards is max before you get pushed to low priority. The only exception is that you can't buy the exact same card you have already purchased - that would be instant low priority for that card.

Not excluded - what you purchased up until now (or the end of last week) is irrelevant. The 2 card limit is for going forward from this week I believe. IF (big if) some Super cards are announced, personally I would just keep one existing notify only, and save the other for one of the Super cards. That will mean both are in priority queues.

regardless of excluded or not.

I signed up over a year ago for multiple cards and now am being forced to 'opt out' of my lesser choices?

Nope. I signed up in good faith. I FULLY expect that faith to be returned.

eVGA screwed up on this one.
