Well, add me to the list of bad LED's.
Finally got this thing put together, and it took less than a week for the LED's to begin failing.
The left one is going bad, frequently shifting from working to not. The right one, so far, has had no issues.
I've been using it to keep an eye on CPU temps, since I had an extremely poor experience with MSI, and just don't trust their hardware at this point. This is the second unit sent to me as an RMA (third overall) and
seems to be working, but I'm not taking chances. I've had the PC turned slightly so I can glance over at the LEDs from time to time to see how the temps are (very underwhelmed, my air cooled machine had similar temps) and noticed that they're misbehaving.Z
Honestly, I don't know what's up with EVGA the last year or so. Normally, quality is a given. Between this and the ridiculous way they've handled the 3090 power fiasco, I'm just a bit concerned that this is the beginning of a trend.
