3090ti ftw3 ultra has no power issues, I'm 100% sure of it.

The problem is the badly programmed xoc bios that consumes a maximum of 480w, the same as the stock bios.

here is not the trick of using bios of 2 connectors in 3 graphics to increase the energy, the only thing we need is that EVGA review the bios and check why other bios deliver the advertised energy.

New version of the BIOS posted in the OP.  Please try it.

works perfectly, tested on quake rtx and metro exodus.

yes, 516w, 521w is peak power.

yes, 516w, 521w is peak power.

Does it affect any positive on the stock clocks of the card compared to 480 watts limit?

What are you talkin about? The 3080 Ti Ftw3 already has a 450 Watts Powerlimit and its also able to reach the 450 Watts, i had a 3080 Ti Ftw3 Ultra Hybrid before i bought the 3090 Ti Ftw3, and i could easily reach the 450 Watts Powerlimit

Cannot say anything about Hybrid. If you read the topic you can see many claims on early limiting on 3080 ti FTW3U. It is easy to find in Metro (and Q2RTX too), it just limit the card in game at 400 Wt with rare peaks of 410-415.
It NEVER, simply never reaches 450 Wtts. I've never seen that on any monitoring software, hwinfo, gpu-z, afterburner - just nowhere.
With memory overclocking it goes even worse, limits are lower than w/o memory OC.
 
Thanks to it gain from OC of watercooled cards in custom setups worth nothing! Yep, great! Throw your Mo-Ras in the trash!
I'm so emotional as it started from the scrath with 3080 ti FTW3 - and nothing! But there was a couple of whinings about 3090 Ti with 480 (!!!) Wtts - and here it is, take your 500+!!! After a week!
Bravo, EVGA! If you are so fast, then, please, give me my 500 Wtts bios for 3080 Ti!

Sorry to hear that man, but unfortunately there will never be a 500 watts bios for the 80ti because the card would be as fast as a 3090 then and nvidia doesnt allow that

I'll take 500watts with my 3090 FTW3 Ultra (handycapped version).. all I ever see is like 452watts. Maybe 460 in 3dmark benches but thats in time spy extreme.

So in the end I prob got that 3080ti but with 24gb of ram I'll never get close to max.

Have to limit the volts to clock the card around 2100mhz just to try and stay under 420watts just so I don't hit the performance limit all day long.

The greatest consumption I got on my ti is 433 or around. As many others. Just a peak, not stable consumption on the level.

My EVGA 3090 Ti FTW3 is approaching 600w. After an hour of play in cyberpunk 2077...
