Well my PC is here, it was supposed to ship on the 24th of this month, shipped on the 15th in the evening, then was supposed to get here on the 18th but got here on the 17th.
The first 2-3hrs was fun, having to figure out what CCVI was in the device manager and why it would show up then ghost every few seconds making the hardware connected/disconnected sound. Apparently it is my EVGA liquid cooler and the system maker didn't set the fans to be at 100%. Need to pull out a stick of ram check the timings/voltage so my ram will run to speed, had to flip around a couple fans so fresh cool air is pushed into the system, installed EVGA Precision X1, second it started said we are doing a bios flash, my gpu's fans revved up to 100% the EVGA LED logo went out, the LED's of death lit up by the power connectors was like oh boy pucker moment. Will purchase 8 fans to drop in, get some of my other hard drives in then close it up, print some custom vinyls to put on can do that now here at home. I do miss the days when some things were a little simpler like a self contained liquid cooler. Looking in the device manager so much more new stuff I am going waaaaa.
So all in all, it was worth it less than the rest of the system builders out there, but with that came a little fun. So I got to at least do something. Still have no idea what to name my new PC.
