I'm using the latest driver from the EVGA website 0.2.1.14.  I'm running Windows 11.  I have the EVGA NuAudio, the original not pro.  I have everything plugged in correctly from my speakers and headset.  It appears to me to have problems with either PUBG and discord running together for some reason or two audio sources at the same time.  The latest driver version on EVGA's website for windows 11 came out in 2020, why no update?  Clearly this is bug and its annoying.  My computer setup is an AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, MSI X570 unify motherboard, 32 GB DDR4 3600mhz ram cl16, Sapphire 6900xt GPU, 3 x 2TB M.2 NVME Gen4 drives, Sennheiser GSP 600 headset, Kanto powered 2.0 speakers with a subwoofer output, etc, etc.  This has been annoying for a long time.  I have re-installed windows a few times and I can't figure out what the problem is.  This soundcard is awesome sounding, I love it, but these glitches need to be worked out and not having a driver update since 2020 is ridiculous.

I only have the Pro card, but I have the same Sennheiser GSP 600 headset and similar speakers. I don't play PUBG specifically.
Do you only see this issue in PUBG?
Lastly, have you contacted EVGA directly with this issue?

Still no luck.  Still having problems with Discord.  I don't think its the game, its definitely having issues with Discord.  When someone pops in or out of the same Discord game channel I'm in, I lose the audio source and have to leave that channel and come back in constantly.  This is a completely new installation of Windows 11.  Clearly this is a driver issue with Discord and EVGA needs to fix this if they are ever going to get my business again.  This is an awesome sounding card, best I've ever had but the lack of driver support for this expensive sound card is concerning.  I bought an EPOS GSX 1000 2nd edition external DAC/AMP and no more issues with Discord.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. The only issue I'm currently having on the Pro card in Discord (or anywhere else) is related to the mic boost, but I can fix that upon Windows boot.

EVGA is in the process of going out of business.  They have no business to defend and no products are being updated or fixed.

This, of course, is NOT true. Not sure where you got your information, but they are most certainly not going out of business.

EVGA is on a path to go out of business. They exited GPU and Motherboard Market. We won't see any new EVGA motherboards for Intel 15th gen CPUs coming out in 2024. Once retailers are out of stock of current EVGA motherboards, that will be it. Customers are still waiting for BIOS update to support Intel 14th Gen CPU's.

EVGA NU Audio owners are probably worried about future updates too.

EVGA is going out of business.  It will go out of business; and it has started the process of going out of business by ceasing manufacture of almost every product and ending software and firmware support of all products.  There are so many unanswered requests for software or firmware updates in so many different forum sections.  Nothing.  Support is dead.  The products are dead.  EVGA is just waiting for the warranty periods to expire for the majority of customers before announcing their closure.

EVGA's owner has announced that the company is going out of business.  Not directly, but he said that he isn't selling the company or passing it onto anyone, he wants to retire, and he won't live forever.  Conclusion is: EVGA will go out of business and it is very obvious that we have progressed far down that path.

Look at the Precision section.  Dead.  No ongoing support.  Look at the 690 and 790 sections.  Dead.  No ongoing support other than empty promises for 4 weeks.  Look at the keyboard section.  Dead.  No ongoing support for product-breaking firmware problems.  Look at the capture device section.  Dead.  No ongoing support for product-breaking firmware problems.  Look at this section.  Likewise.  And that's just a short list, excluding the products we already knew were end of life.  Almost every product which EVGA claims they are still selling and supporting, don't seem to be for sale any more and don't seem to be supported any more.

There is no reason the OP would consider buying an EVGA product in the future.  There is likely no EVGA product for them to buy in the future, even if they wanted to.  The OP's threat of boycotting EVGA means nothing to EVGA. EVGA simply does not care about anything other than fulfilling the minimum of their obligations.  They don't have the people, products, or finances to care.

Retailers already pulled down all EVGA motherboards.
