What are those sizes?

For the RTX 2080Ti FTW3 (11G-P4-2487-KR) the thermal pad size is 1.25mm thick. Keep in mind that that size only applies to this specific card, others may have different thicknesses.

There's a few different EVGA cards which use that 1.25mm size on the memory. It's an odd frustrating decision since they're near impossible to find in the consumer marketplace. By comparison EK is using .5 mm pads for the memory on their current generation waterblocks. 

I've seen at least 8-10 different posts on thermal pads thickness for this particular video card. I will make this post a sticky.

For what its worth, After contacting EVGA about my 2080ti Black and my 2080ti XC Gaming they said only 1mm:
