I'm following this guide.  I have a 2080TI FTW3 on a full custom loop.  I set the fans in Afterburner to 100% like the guide said (even though there is no GPU fan).  I've manually set my rad fans to 100% though.
 
I've got the yellow dotted line to come up at 1093.  But then I'm stumped for the next step (no vertical white line).  What am I doing wrong?  Pic attached.

My bad - I didn't unlock voltage monitoring.  I'm using AIDA64 which also monitors voltage - do you think that Afterburner warning about multiple applications monitoring voltage being dangerous is worth heeding?
