Found an issue on my MSI PE70 Laptop.  Seems that build 1809 doesn't let me set brightness of my screen when on battery or power anymore.  I used to keep the laptop at 50% brightness on battery and 100% plugged in.  Option is missing in Power configuration in Control panel.  Have read more complaints about this one from others as well.

I haven't updated my Evga Laptop yet, and I hope I don't have any problems.

Maybe we have to many Windows 10 Threads in General Across Multiple Forum Areas.
Maybe EVGA can create and Area for only Windows 10 being that it will have this name till the end of Microsoft.

Granted, my PC is set to Ultimate performance.  BUT...used to have a Brightness slider in Power Configuration.  Has been gone since release of 1809, and doesn't look like it will return.  Even brightness under Windows settings is gone.  Microsoft has numerous people upset that this is gone...and they keep ignoring...even with the refresh release, etc.

Looks like Microsoft is adding a brightness slider to Action Center.

In this build video, we take a look at the new quick actions customization feature, in addition to the new brightness slider that replaces the brightness quick action in the Action Center. We also take a look at improvements coming to Windows Search, Focus Assist, and more. There's a few things to unpack in this one.  From: Hands-on with Windows 10 19H1 build 18277 showcasing new changes and features
