Here is Device and Printers after I deleted the folders dated 11/6.  What is odd now is that there is only one folder in the specified place now...dated 11/11/19

Mind you, I had to uninstall the printer and drivers and reinstall to get the printer back into "Printers" rather than "Unspecified".  Before doing that...it was still there.

I have try follow your troubleshoot!! Surprise there some few icons back see pic green circles and the red circle still no fix with Bluetooth and Xbox Wireless Receiver for Windows but I have check inside Metadata Folder for Xbox Wireless Receiver is still there!!!!  See below pics! Bluetooth not in Metadata folder?

So thanks Bob for helping us fix this!!!

Yep got the right icon back in Device and Printers but all I did was did was with the printer turned on deleted the folder detailed below than refreshed Device and Printers and bam it was back. I see in the language folder all of the data folders got replaced with new ones.
Seriously Senpai told us on Twitter that you may be able to fix this by going into the %PROGRAMDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\DeviceMetadataCache\dmrccache folder and then into the most recently modified language folder.
Then sort those folders by date to find the one for your metadata cache for the device that recently changed and delete that particular folder.
You can determine the folder by going into it and seeing if the icon matches the one that you are now seeing. Then delete that folder.

I saw the optional 1909 update earlier today as well.  No problems with the install.  Give it a couple days to see what might crop up...

Installed and no major issues here except my Chrome browser is acting wonky from time to time.  It's the 'not responding' and than comes back.  Made sure that was up to date and it was.  Happened only a few times.

I found out why some features were missing.  When I installed Win 10 awhile ago...I uninstalled some features...in particular Mail and Calendar, so I didn't have the new Calendar feature.  Had to go to MS Store and re-download it...now I can use the calendar feature.  So far, so good.  Win 10 Pro 1909 (18363.476)
