No issue's here for the past couple days after updating...

There are issues for some,

Numerous users have reported that they are unable to install the latest KB4512508 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 1903 as they fail on install with a variety of error codes such as 0x800f0982 and 0x800f081f. 

But yeah no issues here on my system and running like a Swiss watch.

my laptop Was Not happy .... Firefox was freezing ... after installing 1903 last week ............. Firefox Has an Update 68.0.2 .. fixed the issue

I lost complete folder Program Data and Roaming folder. Inside are saved files for Dead Island Definitive Edition Challenges and Achievements. That mean if I reinstall Windows I lost everything. 
 
In Dead Island Definitive Collection it's not possible to delete Challenges and Personal Statistic even if you Delete your Progress with character and start from beginning. Personal Statistic stay. Except if you enter in User Name Roaming Steam and inside are numbers for Dead Island and Definitive Edition, on that way only you could delete Personal Statistic. I don't know where my game save now because all folders are lost. Under User I have only my name and Public, if I click on my name App folder is lost as well.

yeah - they are doing their doom & gloom reports again - urging everyone to do this latest update as soon as possible again.
 
I am not too sure.  

Two of my systems, my new PC build and my laptop, seem to have had no issues with it so far.  My old 4790K however is not even showing the update.  I suspect it's because I set Windows Update (I'm on Pro on both desktop systems) to delay standard updates by a week or so, and feature updates by 60 days.  However I will sometimes set the standard updates to no delay so a manual check will pick them up.  Strangely though those delay options seem to have disappeared on both boxes.  The 4790K system hasn't had any updates since July either so no idea when they disappeared but I'm sure they were there a couple weeks ago, and I know the new build had them because I set them right after installing windows.  I found where to force it using gpedit but right now that shows the settings as not configured on both systems, yet the old PC still won't find that August update.  

Download the Windows Update Reset Tool (wureset) from Technet. Run in administrative mode and select 2 to reset Windows Update components. Check for updates again afterwards.

EVGA should update their code to work with the new .net version and any security feature, authorization.
 
Don't un-install the .net updates it will only cause more problems on your system.
