It’s too bad the project is having so many problems since the transfer from IBM
Seems they can’t keep it online for more than a couple weeks at a time. Sure hope they get it together it’s such a worthwhile project that’s had real world results.

Have you read the terms and conditions you agree too to run WCG?
They are filled with IBM references

Hi Joe, zero luck getting tasks here. It’s quite frustrating.

I'm not getting anything as well. I avoided WCG during the change over because it was a mess. I figured the mess would be cleaned up by now. Silly me.

Odd because my two servers are getting WCG tasks without any issues and have been for over a month now.

GPU work was available.

I am offering to do cpu work and it just downloaded some work...
YEAH!
I am Doin WCG work...again

I do not bother with GPU Tasks over on WGC, we have to many other projects that run GPU as well as Folding on the GPU.

Bummer I am stuck FMA3 on the newer Intel CPU (i9-13900KF) being that Intel Dropped AVX-512.
Tasks take 2.5 times longer to complete over the AVX-512 tasks.
I cannot wait to see what is coming after the X299 Motherboard from Intel.
Other than this issue the Z690 KPE + RTX 3090 FTW3 with the EK Water Block installed is running well.

Remember I know nothing

On Cobra My Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz has been dialed back to a upper limit of 3600Mhz to save power. It is pulling 23 watts.
It is looking after FAH with a EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3080 12g and ticking right along with Boinc running WCG (8 various  tasks all at once)
Aminer has the same cpu running 1 EVGA 2060 XC Ultra, 2 EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3080's on FAH (no Boinc) and is pulling 23-27 watts at 3600Mhz
Hybrid has the same cpu running 1 EVGA 2060 XC Ultra, 2 EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3080's on FAH (with Boinc running 8 identical  tasks all at once for Rosetta) and is pulling 47-48 watts at 3600Mhz
Folder is my only Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz. It can be dialed back to 4200Mhz and It is looking after FAH with an EVGA FTW3 Ultra 3080 10g and Boinc running Rosetta and is pulling 61+ watts at 4200Mhz. (I should probably try and adjust it to try and see if it will run WCG...just to see the power difference)
I thought the i9's would give me a cooling issue so I never bought any.
Intel all the way

Question
How would I adjust the WCG and Rosetta scheduling to run more WCG, in Boinc Manager?

It is best to run one at a time in the long run.
Is what will happen if you run two at a time one will stop running and the other project will start up and then after a set time it will stop and return to the other project and start back up.
This would cause tasks to take 10 times if not longer to complete.
I will post an image of the % under Resource share you set.

My rigs pull between 500-600 Watts on the CPU Side and on the GPU Side.

What is Aminer?
