Well it looks like I killed the CPU in my x299 as I did change out the MB today.
I was able to get one on Amazon for $1050.00 so it looks like this will be my last X299 CPU.
I did pick up the Z690 KPE on sale and order the CPU on Amazon but will not be here until January 2023.
Intel Core i9-13900KF Desktop Processor 24 cores (8 P-cores + 16 E-cores) 36M Cache, up to 5.8 GHz
To bad that Intel Dropped the AVX-512 from the z690 Chipset but wanted the PCIE 4/5 for my new 3090

Well the Card I RMA'd last month or so I installed it today being I sent the other card in for the same Water Block Leak.
And this Card is BSOD 119 Black SOD White SOD Artifacts and even if I down clock the Memory -1000 and the GPU -1000 It is still a DOA RMA'ed Card.
So now I have to RMA the RMA card. I do hope that EVGA gives me back my Card with a New Water Block on it being I know the Card I sent in is a Good Card, as what my other card.
Good News is my X299 Dark & 2080 TI KPE is back up and running but now we all have local internet issues because of the Wind Storm we had in the last 24 hours.

That stinks Bill. I’m surprised you didn’t do a cross ship RMA and swap the blocks and keep the good PCB
A lot of people do that.

They do not offer that any longer and the no longer have an extend warranty program even on their Motherboards.
This tells me that EVGA is retiring. Had I known this I would not have gotten the Z690 Dark KPE Motherboard.

I trusted EVGA but now I wish I just installed the EK waterblock and not sent the GPU back.

I’m sure you will get a good GPU back
Just stinks sometimes a bad one slips through
Too bad about the cross ship and extended warranty. The days of lifetime warranty is long gone.

So True about the Cross Ship and Extended Warranty Days.
I will be down one 2080 Ti card for the next event.
I did reinstall my GTX 1080Ti KPE Cards but now they are slow to process.

I now have the Card packed and ready to send back to EVGA.
I took apart my SLI setup so that maybe EVGA can take care of me.

My Z690 is ready to setup all I need is the CPU and that will be here in Jan.
My plan is to install the RTX 3090 in this rig and then put back at least One of the RTX 2080 Ti Cards or what ever they send me back into my X299 rig.

Here is a thread where the person just got a cross ship two days ago, so it seems they still offer it.
