I have no idea why the hydro or KP are still not released ... asking Jacob on Twitter is probably the best place, likely to get any sort of reply

The HC model is no longer even listed.

At this point I would wait and see what the 40xx series looks like
For the price of these cards just not worth it.
It’s the end of the 30xx series life cycle and anything bought now will be yesterday’s technology in a couple months.
