Thx for the tool Jacob, and I have to say after 3 years my EVGA Supernova 1000W P2 has not let me down and I will be re-using it for my upcoming build as well.  Thats what I call future-proofing and preparedness for expanding

Just curious if EVGA makes it's own PSUs or if another company makes them for you. I've only had one EVGA PSU (my current PSU) and it makes an awful coil whine sound when my GPU starts pulling juice.

Some PSU models are Super Flower and some models are Seasonic.

A friend of mine wants to buy an EVGA PSU. I showed him the new B3 series with 5 year warranty. Does anyone know whether it has Super Flower or Seasonic internals?

Very handy tool. I normally go for the most power that I can and about every other PC build.

Agreed. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
