TDP & Calculating Delta-T

(excerpts)

First tip: Google is your best friend to help find TDP (Thermal Design Power) of your components to be cooled in your loop.

(CPU watts @load + GPU watts @load + GPU watts @load+ pump watts) x 0.85 = Loop TDP watt estimate

To help calculate a full system TDP, you can download the interactive TDP and radiator estimation sheet (link) I* put together to help you.

Despite I've Killed **** with Blocks and doing it again...yeah it's Fine. It's better than the CLC.

But still though BIG AIR has it's Merit's with Simplicity.

I'm glad this thread can help others on their journey, to learn about Custom water loops

Any problem with mixing dual pass radiators with xflow raditors. Iknow flow rate is higher with the Xflow over dual pass. Planning a new build with 2 loops and if I mix the radiator types it would shorten up water lines. 2 x480, and 2x360.

I don't see any reason you can't mix them, but i suppose maybe the movement in the xflow radiator might get slowed down a bit but probably not enough to make a noticeable difference in temps.

As long as you aren't mixing metals when mixing radiators you'll be fine!
