Really great this is here but what does one so about shopping for it? I’ve been reading about other things like single vs double sided and it won’t be known until you get the box. Also some websites don’t list all the specs that are relevant and focus solely on the speed but if it’s single sided CAS 20 4000 MHz is moot

There benchmarks out there for some of the more popular RAM kits which you can go off of. Other than that, RAM and SSDs (especially SSDs) are more complicated and there are niche communities that can help you much more than this forum.

Little late here, but you don't necessarily need more or less ram based on how many video cards you have. Each video card has its own VRAM. 16GB+ will be fine

Been delving into RAM overclocking as of late. I've made good progress with getting working, stable values for benchmarking, but it's probably best to visit the basics and understand each on a lower level. Thanks for the breakdown!
