I looked up the TURBO-COOL 860 online - it is a solid PSU.  You should be able to use it as long as your graphic cards' power plug fits.

3080's recommended PSU is 750w by Nvidia.  Your 660w might work, but I agree that it's best to get a new one just to be on the safe side - I won't risk a $1,000+ graphic card for a PSU replacement.

I have a Seasonic platinum 660W PSU still in warranty that technically could handle a 3080, but I probably would still upgrade to an 850W just to know I won't have to think about it at all.

Whats the rest of your system? Technically, any very well made 650w could work for a 3080. The problem was that lesser units were not handling the transient spikes, and shutting down. It even affected some decent 750w units, but better PSU's didn't have issues. Your Seasonic platinum could be worth trying out before spending more money. Test it stock to see, then do a small undervolt to give more peace of mind. I'm pretty sure with a basic CPU/GPU  undervolt (everyone should do that for temps/noise/longevity IMO), it would work fine. If you plan to really OC that card (there's not a ton of room), and CPU, you'd want that 850w unit, but a real good 750w might cover you depending on the CPU.

Hi,
which is the best value for money power supply from EVGA for 2 3060 Ti?

Not sure why you would run 2 3060Ti's when they can't run SLI but you just double the TDP on the spec sheet of your 3060Ti for a rough estimate at how much additional wattage you need.

Maybe they are mining with them.
