Please note that once flashed it will not work with non-UEFI motherboards

really?
according to specification UEFI must have "Compatibility Support Module" (CSM)!

The motherboard will work with non-UEFI firmware but the card won't once the firmware is flashed.  This is why we do not ship the cards with the UEFI firmware.

If I may ask what will happon if you use a card like your's that is not flashed in a MB with UEFI turned on?
I may need this flash myself.

UEFI is the type of BIOS and not an option to be enabled in the BIOS.  If you flash to the UEFI firmware and the board does not have a UEFI BIOS the motherboard will not be able to talk to the card resulting in no video.

Sorry for the question but is this why I can't get to work nvlash in MS-DOS mode?

Because with my old motherboard, Asus P6T Deluxe V2 1366 socket non uefi bios, it worked flawlessly

After Ive updated to MSI Z77 1155 socket with i5 3570k with uefi bios everytime I send any command to nvflash it blanks my screen in black...

Thanks in advance..

Right click on it and run as an Administrator.  Some of the windows security settings can block firmware and BIOS updates via windows.

Unfortunately we only support it via running it in windows for the update.
