- A copy of your invoice/receipt is required for ALL end-user RMA's.
- By uploading it early on, it will help expedite the approval of any RMA, Advanced RMA, or Step-Up requests.
- Remember, if you received the product from EVGA RMA or from Step-Up, a copy of your invoice is NOT required in order to have another RMA approved.
