This is list for all those people that are asking about if their current card/ future card is LHR. Ill update the skews as people add their cards. skews ending in KR are supposed to be non LHR and KL is LHR. there might be some lag on this as EVGA has said they didn't  have time to update the skews before LHR went out into the wild. If anyone is aware of a way to check your card (GPU-z or other hardware tools) let me know and Ill update. Lets all help each other!
 Also I just looked and it seems all 30 series cards that EVGA plans to change to LHR have KL listings on their respective product page.
All 3080ti and 3070ti are LHR Even if they have KR skew

    3070 Ti cards have always had the KL part number.
     
    Emails have been sent out on these 3060 Ti cards.

    I have yet to see an announcement from an actual authority on the subject. Only assertions from anonymous netizens. 
     
    Does anyone have a quote/press release/etc from an actual authority?

    Basically all cards now with the exception of the 3090s and Nvidia's FE, which were a limited run prior to the change, are LHR, https://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/2021/05/18/lhr/.

    Also first version of 3060 cards are not lhr with the 470 developer driver.

    It really is. This whole situation, and everything going on is just terrible. What is really insulting is companies and governments are pretending to care and make these bad changes with labels of helping us. While in reality they are just creating more profits for themselves.

    The 3070ti isn't mentioned anywhere in there. The only ti they specifically call out is the 3060ti...and they do it while mentioning other cards. They don't seem to make any general statements that apply to the 3070ti either. 
     
    I wish they would just be specific in their language instead of leaving things open to interpretation. 
     
    I couldn't care less about LHR because I am not a miner, but specific language is important.

    This seems to suggest any card without an "LHR" identifier, is, in fact, non-LHR.

    No, the LHR identifier was only used when this initially started in May 2021, as there were both FHR and LHR SKUs in the supply chain.  Since they stopped manufacturing FHR, except as noted, in May of last year, the FHR cards are long gone from the supply chain. 
     
    In EVGA's case, we had -KL and -KR SKUs of the same part number and why EVGA shifted everyone to the -KL SKUs unless the member selected otherwise, because the FHR cards were not going to be made anymore.  All new releases since that time are -KR and are LHR.

    I would love to be able to sign a promissory note or something similar that I'm only going to be using the card for gaming. LHR is a great idea for gamers looking for cards, but it's all rendered moot when they break the LHR lock and can use the cards for mining. I'm never going to mine, I don't care about it at all, I just want to game at 100+ FPS in 2k.
