lines showing up sometime ( 1080 graphics )

hello guys ,  lines showing up in some applications like WhatsApp  and google chrome, i guess it's Usually occur when pc turn back from sleep, please how to fix this!!
Components: 
Intel i7 7700k   
asus maximus ix hero 
evea 1080 graphics 
corsair 4X8gb
screen lg 29 curved

    Are the lines visible in screenshots, or do you have to take a picture of the screen with your phone in order to see the lines?
     
    If the lines are captured in screenshots, the issue is occurring somewhere prior to your video card's display output connection.
     
    On the other hand, if when you try to capture the lines in a screenshot, but the screenshot doesn't record the lines; and you end up needing to take a picture of the monitor to record the lines, then the issue may be occurring in your display cable or in your monitor.
     
    Please let us know so that it will be easier to make relevant suggestions.

    It's visible in screenshots and i already say the lines appears in some application and the most is whatsApp and  google chrome 
    and i try to change the cable with another cable, the line still appears, and one more things when i close the application and Reopen it, the line disappears for a while.

    Do you see the lines when using the other outputs on the card?

    So the issue occurs over dvi, hdmi & displayport outputs? Do older graphics drivers produce the same lines?

    I'm using DP Port always , as i say before the lines appears sometime in some applications in darker color, it's Usually occur when pc turn back from sleep, my invidia drivers is up to date!
