is this rust this was ues for my cpu loop it never ues tap water. i put my fit in distilled water never look in side it. i try itry a little lsopropyl alcohol this fit our going for my gpu block that i bout. i allready start to take apart my gpu. is that Normal for it long if it don;t rust my gpu block

    There should never be any rust in a closed loop cooling system. None of the parts that are actually in contact with the coolant in the loop are not or should not be made of any metals that can rust (iron).
    It is most likely residue from your coolant (do you use a colored or dyed coolant?) If you are running straight distilled water and nothing else, it is most likely small organisms growing in your loop.

    ya some on that was helping me told me the same thing.will it hurt if i ues for my gpu block. i did found more fiting i bout i forgot i have. i haveit done my sec gpu block cauce of that.

    more than likely just copper deposits, the rough texture after machining can cause this, just give it a good flushing after you clean everything and you should be good to go, it will return over time though.
