    I wouldn't even if I could, will void warranty.
    You'd be better off buying a new card with the vram you want on it.

    Yes it is possible, if you remove the old memory, reball and install a replacement set of higher density VRAM (if it exists), figure out the new timings, create your own VBIOS, submit the VBIOS to NVIDIA for review, approval, and signature, and then flash the new VBIOS to the card.

    Sure, it's possible. This is elite-level difficulty and expense though. Not practical.

    It worked, but it wasn't stable; possibly due soldering or firmware (VBIOS) incompatibility.
