So, I am at a bit of a loss with trying to reach my RAM's advertised speed (6000mhz) with 4 DIMMs, 2 DIMMs runs XMP with no other tuning necessary. I thought like on ASUS boards this would be possible after all of the updates regarding RAM stability and PMIC. But anything around 5400mhz and above won't even make it to the bios screen. I get post code 54. There has to be something I could do with voltages and timings that will get me there. If anyone has managed to get that far with a 12900K please share what RAM you are using and what your settings are.

I have not seen anyone get 4 dimms going that fast with a 12900k. Seems like it might be possible with 13900k and/or z790, but I have not heard of it with z690 and 12900k.

6Q6CPFHPBPCU691 is a discount code anyone can use.

12900k only supports 4800mhz, anything over that is overclocking it. everything ive seen is 4 dimms at 4800, i have 2 dimms at 5600 but i dont see any difference running them 4800 or 5600, im getting 2 more for a total of 4 but id think i could only run them at 4800 so it doesnt bother me

I easily get my RAM on 4 DIMMs to 5200mhz with everything on auto and XMP timings. Intel always under rates their max supported RAM speeds on all of their CPUs. I just want to squeeze as much juice out as I can to go along with my 4090 that in its out of the box settings still isn't maxed out yet in terms of GPU usage in benchmarks and Cyberpunk 2077 lol. I still plan on upgrading to a 13900k later, but overclocking/tuning is a hobby of mine I really enjoy.  Anyways a new thread was made that's covering DDR5 and Alderlake so I will be tuning in there.
