how to send digital audio from 4ktv or bluray player to nu audio card

is there a way to send audio from my q80r tv or a bluray player to go through nu dacs? like through hdmi arc or optical? I have a vega64 graphics card but can't get it to receive audio through arc. also can't find something like a pcie optical audio in card. Anyone figured out a way how to do this?

    Your video card and audio card are output, except for the line in on the audio card. Aside from that, I doubt it’s going to work since th my audio doesn’t support hdmi, and the GPU output are outputs not inputs.

    You would need a specialized card for what it sounds like you want to do.
