I got in early on the 3080Ti queue and got a notify email a week later, but they have not gotten even through the first 6 hours yet.

Well it should be obvious that the only que you can get into early if you aren't elite by now would be on a new SKU made (like the Ti ones added in recently) or if they had a product that never opened up for a que.  Otherwise elite doesn't help you as the ques for most products are already set.

The ques are already in place for both of those cards so there is no reason to wait for elite status.  That gains you nothing on ques that are already set.

Yep. The queues are there just to play pretend EVGA is giving us a chance to buy at a more reasonable price. Espec in EU you wont get even the low end cards below 1500 euros - that mysteriously keep being resupplied while the queue hasn't received a single gpu in over 7 months...

The queue is only a guarantee that you will EVENTUALLY get a card at MSRP. 

It is NOT a guarantee that you will get a card when they have one available BEFORE any other company. 

EVGA has contract agreements with retailers and distributors. They get priority above ANYONE else, including the queue ESPECIALLY with Elite members. Once current fulfillment is sent out, then they can focus on getting to some people in the queue. 
 
The queue is low-priority, no matter how much money you've spent buying EVGA products over however amount of years you've been a loyal customer. 

If you got in any queue early; congrats! You didn't have to wait long. If you didn't get in early.... you'll have to wait weeks/months.

if you're early on the respective queue, you'll get a notification.
 
So far I've received successful notifications for the 3070, 2 models of 3060 (didn't buy one), and I expect to get the 3080ti XC3 Hydrocopper today or tomorrow since my time was 9:00:32

cant get much more early than waiting all night glued ready. following the steps like all the successful ones say to. took 46 min to accept my submit. thats pathetic

bad luck. happened to me on the 3070ti launch. and a bit on 3080ti launch.

I've gotten two of them.  I signed up for all versions of the 3090, except the Kingpin, way back in November of last year.  I eventually got an email from EVGA saying that a 24G-P5-3988-KR was available to me for eight hours on April 15'th of this year.  I ordered it and received it about a week later.  Almost two months after that, I received a second notify for another 3090, the lower tier XC3 hybrid, reminding me that I hadn't removed all of my other notifies.
 
I didn't respond to the second email, (as it said not to do if I wasn't going to order), and went and removed all my notification requests.
 
So, yes, they do send out notices, occasionally at least, and my 3090 is running just fine.  I even sold my previous two EVGA GTX 1080ti's for slightly more than I had paid for them five years ago.  So, it all worked out for me.

so only a 5 month wait for one of the most expensive cards. guess we should only assume 8 months to 2 years for a regular priced card.. just pay a scalper and save yourself the time and stress

I've signed up for the 3080 queue back in Novemeber and still nothing. So...I think it'll be awhile at this rate. There is a list somewhere out there that people have submitted when they queued up and when they got a notification. Haven't seen it in awhile myself however.

I've been in every 3080 queue since October and I havent gotten a notify email yet after 8 months. 

I was lucky enough to get in on the 3080Ti queue early af and got a notify email a week later. 

I wasn't in too much of a hurry to get a GPU, but I'm glad my build is almost complete. Now I just need to buy some water cooling parts and my build is complete until I'm ready to upgrade to DDR5 platform. 
 

in the 3080 que from october and no nottify, neither in 3090 queues or the others i am also. I have really worst luck.

I signed up for the 3080 Ti Queue, @ 7:24 06/03/21, got a notify email @ 11:55 same day. I think that may have been a bit of an exception as it was a product launch, and they had stock in hand. I've been in the Step-up queue for a 3080 since October, 2020. 

md i was there tool right as it started and it failed the majority of us for several hrs. some walked in a clicked to a card while others that were there from the start got passed due massive system failure. so feel super lucky cause a lot of dedicated gamers were crapped on
