What happened to my Notify Registration?

About 14 days ago I entered name and e-mail for auto-notify on a 3080 FTW Ultra. Last week or so I double checked by entering again notify - and it correctly told me that I am already registered and showed the initial date (I do not remember if it was 7th or 13th October).
 
Today I log on and find out I have no auto notify. My first initial notify is gone.. I had to "register" again and NOW IT SHOWS REGISTRATION PER 22. October.

If this is the case it will be the last time I tried to purchase a card from EVGA....

    You sure it was the same model you tried to get notified for? Each model is its own separate notify.

    Do you live in the US? From what I gathered from the EU thread it appears that all notifications for the 30XX cards made on the US site have been removed and are transitioning to eu.evga.com
