    What is the problem? The clocks are stuck? The power & memory temp not showing is normal for your card.

    What do the clocks run at when you run the render test inside gpu-z?

    Looks like your card is working like it should. The 324 MHz clocks are idle clocks which is normal.

    Always good to do some research before buying anything.  Looks like the card is performing as it should be.  If it's not doing as good of a job as you had hoped, then you bought the wrong card and should have bought something more powerful.
