I have nvidia gtx 660 V80.6.10.0.60 2gb installed and as i watch performance monitor it shows 2gb dedicated, but it never uses more than 1.1gb, and will use .1/8.0gb shared.
EVGA Precision XOC As classic app used for high performance settings.  
110% power
+100 gpu
+300 mem
pushing 1287mhz on gpu clock at 1.175 volts
3300mhz on mem
 
any explanations?

    have you tested it with 3dmark,games and gpuz ?
