hello
I live in UAE and I am planning to buy gtx 1080 online because the prices here are crazy
I have 2 questions
1) is there global warranty ? if so, do I have to send it back to the US if something happened to the gpu ?
2) if I buy evga gpu from a website like newegg.com or any other one, will it have the same warranty as if I buy it from here ?

Yes our products do have a global warranty but for your region you wouldn't have to ship to the US, our office in the EU would handle your case in the case of product failure. As for our other authorized retailers if it is a new product it will come with the Standard Global warranty as well.

I just talked with newegg.com ( authorized retailer ) customer service and they said that there is no warranty at all for any product in the international website. how come they say the opposite of what you said ?

EVGA is the manufacturer so trust the information on the EVGA website regarding warranty

I'll add With Newegg - you would be using Newegg's ---> "Return Policy" With EVGA - you would be using ---> Factory Warranty

then what did they mean by saying "there is no warranty on items bought from the international website" ?. they said there is only warranty on items in US and canada newegg website.
I wanted to buy the gpu from here to be in the safe side, but there is no shipping

They are most likely referring to their store policy, which will not effect your product's warranty. Those are separate from each other.

Most stores don’t really know that much about the manufacturer warranty and will error on the side of caution. With a site like Newegg they have thousands of products and an inventory that is changing almost monthly so it’s almost impossible to know all of the information without looking it up.

I believe newegg asks each mfg to supply the information listed on it's site. Lot of mfg have accounts on newegg to reply to customers who write product reviews. It would be in each company best interest to make sure all information listed on newegg site is correct.

I'm wondering if they mean products listed on the Newegg Marketplace, which are listed by 3rd party sellers. In that case, Newegg, and most manufacturers would provide more limited warranty support.
