Will not POST on either BIOS (BIOS 1 code 4C, BIOS 2 gives code 55, no memory found). Both BIOS reset, no change. Memory is NEW G.Skill DDR4 288-pin 1.35v, tried each stick individually in slot 2, in pairs slots 2 & 4, and all 4. PSU is NEW EVGA 220-GA-0850-X1, CPU power correctly installed. Why do I get the feeling that if I put in an ASUS board and a Corsair PSU, everything will work? Maybe because I've never had either fail?
USB's populated only with generic mouse/keyb that work on current system, Front side USB not currently connected. I removed the graphics card for troubleshooting, still 4C on BIOS 1, 55 on BIOS 2. All PCI-E Disable switches are OFF.
Intel i7-6700K 4.0 GHz Quad-Core. Air Cooler.
Cannot get into BIOS as it WILL NOT POST.
Love EVGA graphics cards, but I have to say that at this point, I'm not 100% in love with their Mobo's.

As a test, I loosened the Arctic Freezer 34 eSports cooler, no change on either BIOS. After that, I made the screws finger-tight.

Thanks, but I can't find that section. This is as good as I could find.

55 is a memory error. No damage to the dimm slots? Got any other ram you can test with? Does the cpu socket have any damaged pins? Got another cpu you can test with?

Near as I can tell, both 4C and 55 are memory codes, but as I said, these are new DIMMS from Newegg, hard to believe even one is dead, let alone all 4. As for the CPU, It works, but the mobo never gets that far, it stops at memory. Possibly a damaged mobo. As this model is hard to come by now, I'd probably have to go in another direction. Problem is my apartment burned down, I lost everything, and the budget for this has run out. It's "make what I have work", or nothing.
