    That doesn't really give a lot of info.
    Binary and hexadecimal, with not a lot of reference.
    Looks like it could be memory addresses.
     
    I would recommend starting with the basics.
    Make a bootable memtest usb and check the memory. If that passes, run an HDD/SSD test.
    If mem test passes you could try command prompt  sfc /scannow  and check the file system of Windows itself.
     
    If those come up clean you might need to do a clean OS install, or check other components one by one.

    +1.... if you want to see the errors got to event viewer and look at/copy the most recent errors within the hour/24 hours that it occurred. We cant really make heads or tails of that info. Or, you can do a O/S rollback and see if that helps.

    You wrote that her computer freezes so it would be good that you provide as much system specs as possible and also when the freezes tend to occur.
