Kingpin, is an overclocking legend, nobody denies that, but he is 1/2 of a team....
TiN is the mad scientist lurking in the shadows, doing whatever mad scientists do.. and what he does is help create some of the best video cards and motherboards out there for extreme overclocking.... I think it would be amazing if EVGA changed the name of the Dark series of motherboards, to the TiN editions. That way, just like the real team of Kingpin and TiN; for breaking records, you need a Kingpin GPU, and a TiN motherboard, working as a team.
Thoughts?

Kingpin actually is already the combination of both iirc explained from a Nexus video when he visited them in their lab.  Kingp(T)in, again if my memory serves me right.

Yeah, but I mean... Think of how proud he'd be if his name was on an Extreme OC mobo?

That is basically what I said to the OP over on Reddit... However I think that what he is trying to say is that unless you are like "us" and really follow EVGA, Vince, and Tin you may not know that. Its almost like a hidden "Easter Egg" to know about TiN's involvement, hope that makes since, TiN sorry for comparing you to an Easter Egg... lol.

Better than your forehead. Some people are happy being part of the adventure, and don't feel the need. I do understand your point though. If they did it, how about K|ngT|n edition?

    That'd work...
I've always held the mad scientists in high regard, and I think we all admit that TiN is a pretty important part of that team, even if Vince get's the publicity. I mean, there is a group of us who know of him, but that is a small group of people... I still like the TiN Edition board though, because it represents one half of a team.. :D

They talk about it a little bit at 17:50. TiN had his name on some development 780ti's and KP makes the joke about KingTin.

Installing EVGA Hydro Copper block on RTX2080Ti K|NGP|N is best and most interesting some enthusiasts could experience.
That's my view. Other people maybe like more to benchmark under LN2 or similar, but for me removing stock cooler,
inspecting PCB cleaning, replacing thermal pads and installing Hydro Copper is priceless experience.

I only do 24/7 use builds for my projects. While one-off records are novel, they're treated with the attention span of a squirrel on meth. I'd rather bring out the best in a product that can be configured for daily high performance use. Never had any of the Kingpin products but most of my stuff is Classified labeled.

Classified stuff are the best after K|NGP|N.
GTX580 Classified Ultra, GTX780Ti Classified, GTX1080 Classified, all of them are great products.
Too bad because EVGA decide to use FTW not Classified.

I would like to EVGA now sell AMD X570 Classified and FTW and Micro motherboard and reference, Classified and Hydro Copper RX 5700 XT.
But Intel and NVIDIA are jealous, and in same time they not complain when MSI, ASUS and GIGABYTE do same.

And you want TiN_EE to head this up?
