So when I'm playing a low graphic demanding game like MTG arena my fans will randomly spin then stop then spin again making a grinding sound.

I contacted evga they tell me this is normal and to set the fan curve on on precision.

I don't know what to set for that as I don't want to mess up my new GPU

When I play a game like doom eternal there is no grinding sound the fans are always spinning

Set a fan curve that will allow the fans to spin slowly during low demanding graphic games.

Just set your fans at like 85 and you should be fine. If that's too noisy set them to 75.
