why is it evga motherboards are so expensive compared to other major boards asus msi gigibyte etc. i mean is there somthing different about them.

    Yeah, the amount of engineering put into them. The layout of the CPU placement. The space between PCIe slots. Lots of other things too. EVGA isn’t a large company like ASUS that just churns out motherboards to make sales.

    are they only doing intel, i knoe there was an amd but dont see it anymore. im running amd right now.

    They may eventually, but EVGA is super tight lipped about their plans, until they are ready to announce them publicly. So far they haven’t said anything, so we are still on Intel only for current generation of processors.
