I have tried limiting it at 100% before but it would still crash. It also will get up to the limit of 107% in other games and does not cause any issues. About 15 minutes ago I had another crash and after restarting could not get any signal out of the GPU not even the motherboard logo which I still got after the last time I thought the card was unrecoverable. I put in my old card and everything is working fine again. I am thinking this card is just completely dead at this point.

In case anyone's still interested, I finally received a new GPU after going through the RMA process. Put it in, used DDU then cleanly installed the latest drivers and have had no crashes in Black Desert online. Still testing other games out but so far it seems to be working great :)
