On start up it has three red led's glowing on the card and nothing else on the card.
This seems to have been a issue previously with other cards.  sometimes shutdown and booting up works and usually i have to uninstall precision to get the card to work again.
just wondering if its just a patch that's needed for precision or something else i can check.

Best advice I could give you would be to contact evga support about the issue. https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

Hi Rundown UK and welcome to the EVGA forums!

It sounds like you're having intermittent problems with the card not posting. Have you physically re-seated the card or tested it in another slot or another computer all together?
