I signed up to receive email notification when the 3080 was available and no emails so far. Now, we have a new GPU, 3080 TI, and I don't know if we can trust this email system.

The question is, when you applyed for the 3080 for the "auto notify". Because in this time everybody want a grafics card soo it will take a LONG time until you can buy the 3080 yourself, becuse the prices here are normal!

When did you sign up?  You can find the answer here: https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp

Assuming you are in North America and signed up on the evga.com website (and not eu.evga.com), you can compare your timestamps against the summary table in this document. I hope that helps!

I'd imagine you're probably super far behind in the queue

I am going to consider that you signed up this year and not when the cards came out q4 last year. If so, you are going to need to wait for a long LONG time.

If you are in the EU it's pretty hopeless, it's slooow going.I might get a 3060 somewhat soon-ish after all these  long months and i signed up at the 58s mark (and the site was down for 2/3s of the first minute). If you just somewhat randomly signed up days after the release of any particular sku, there are thousands and thousands of people before you in line.

Gpus with normal prices that are actually in stock, never heard of it, the 30 series are pretty much always out of stock, if you are trying to get one you usually have low chances of doing so, but with time eventually luck will go your way

Unless you signed up for a 3080 last year, you wont be getting a notify anytime soon, sadly.

If you signed up late for a 3080, then there would have been tons of people ahead of you in the queue. If you got in the 3080 Ti queue at launch, then you were one of the first people in line and got your GPU.
