Hello.....
got the new EVGA RTX 3090 ti. eLeash that come with it does not have a hook at one end to attach to fan at top of case. I can upload a picture.

I looked at your pics of the eLeash, has a nice little hook at top to hang the leash from top fan. Mine does not,it's like a blob, that does not fit inside the holder.
Sick joke.

Can you send me a new one with the correct connector? I really wish to have my new card held up.

    Do not use google upload for your image. Use Imgur or another photo sharing website to upload your images. Google turns into a massive wall of text, which I have deleted for you.

    PSA adding a photo to your Post - EVGA made some changes - Post Directions below
     
    You are missing the little "block" w/ thumb screw, that has the hook as part of the "block" - (as pictured top of photo below) ?
