Hello,
I have a motherboard H110 Pro BTC+ ASRock mining, had a failure in a GPU that did not reach the voltage, reboot the system and then had two more GPU with the same failure, I restarted again and this time did not turn on the RIG, the PSU made a sound like a click and that's it, I changed the PSU from an evga 1000w to 850w, and it did the same, before these PSUs worked for me, I even took them out and without connecting them to anything, only with the 24 pin I made a bridge to turn it on and it makes the same click sound.

A click doesn't necessarily mean they are dead. They could have a relay inside which normally clicks. But if the PSUs otherwise don't appear to function, or the click is louder than you remember, they could be dead.

Some PSUs will make an audible click upon power up which can be good or bad, so hard to say if that is any indication of a PSU being going out.

Possible the GPU failed on a hard short and kicked in the ocp protecting on both. I would first test each PSU in the system with the known bad GPU removed.

If the system full on fails to power (or shuts off almost immediately afterwards) the PSU is most likely dead UNLESS the motherboard has died. If you have a spare motherboard to test, that is what I would do next.

Your original post states that you went from an EVGA 1000w to a 850w, so I have moved your thread over to the EVGA power supply forum so you can get the assistance and clarification you are requesting.

Could you specify which model PSU you have? Is it the G+, g5, g6, or so on?

Also, what region are you in, just for further clarification.

I understand, but I tried both PSUs without connecting to any Mother Boards, just jumpering pin 14 and 15 to get it to turn on and it does the same thing.

If you don't have anything plugged into the psu's when jumping it, how do you know they aren't operating? Fan may not spin up at initial jumping.

indeed the fan does not work with the jumper, but what I find strange is that the same thing happens to both, and they were put in the same MB, first an 850w then the 1000w,

in the case of the OCP how can I fix it?

One of the cards could have failed and is tripping OCP. Have you tried plugging in a minimum number of things and see if it boots? If it boots with just the motherboard and onboard video (or one video card), you can start using trial and error to figure out what causes it to stop booting.

I tried it, connected only pin 24 and 4 pin for the CPU, but it was the same for the PSU :(
I can make you some videos to see exactly

Did you change the cable from the wall to the PSU when you changed the PSU?  Really all the modular cables inside the case I would also switch out in case one of them became damaged for the ones that are modular. Also have you tried another wall outlet in another area? I have no idea about house wiring in Spain but sometimes in America an outlet can go bad or be near the maximum load and cause PSU issues.

this is the video, this is exactly what happens, I explained it wrong, it doesn't click by itself, it loops.

I have changed the cable and the area of the house and still the same.

Video says unavailable. But if you are saying it is boot looping on and off over and over with the MB plugged in, it's either PSU is bad or the MB it tripping it.

If you have another MB, would test. Would be crazy rare to have 2 PSUs die at the same time, but it's possible.

No way to fix ocp yourself. Would have to RMA the power supplies.

I agree that it seems unlikely that two power supplies failed in the same way at the same time.
If OCP is working correctly, you don't "fix" OCP, you fix (replace) the problem that is causing OCP to trip (the motherboard? some strange use of adapters or cables to the motherboard? the CPU cable is the wrong cable or designed for a different power supply?).

I believe mining voids EVGA's power supply warranty.

He said he was using a mining Mobo and multiple gpu's but didn't say for what...only reason I didn't bring it up. Not saying there isn't some intent with the given information, but I don't like to assume what someone may be doing with the equipment lol.
