changing resolution or waking from sleep crashes my pc

When I change resolution or wake from sleep the monitors go black and the my pc resets. It doesnt happen all the time but it happens frequently what gives? 3090ti ftw3

    what sleep state is on in BIOS?
     
    what MB?
    What OS?
     
    What Monitor?
    If your Monitor has deep sleep mode --> turn it Off & test
     
    Which Nvidia driver ?
